I've lived at the park for a year, my husband for 3. We used to love it, quiet & good friends. Even moved away and came back we liked it so much. Manager turnover was high but we lived in a nice corner with no problems. Then Jennifer took over and we were happy that she was gonna get a couple things repaired. My husband took an over the road trucking job. They were even nice enough to keep our storage rent at under $200 with electricity so when we come home a few days a month we didn't have to rent a motel. Only charged us $1 a day to stow our tractor trailer. Last month though in addition to the other fees she started charging us $30 a day that we were home. BTW we own our RV. This month the day we come home my mother in law passed away. So we are home a few extra days. She started hounding us the day after the death that she needed her money. Yesterday we had the memorial and today she tells us our RV will be towed at 4pm unless we had moved off the property by then!! Our storage rent of $160 is paid till the 18th but we have to leave!! When we got home this month for our couple days rest we had no power. The park's RV breaker had tripped apparently. We got it back on but it keeps going out again. We are having to stay in our semi but she still wants her $30 per day everyday. The pool is inoperable and when I went to do my laundry today 3 of the 6 washers are broke. She gave us a contract to sign (which we haven't) that states 2 pages of rules. The stupidest one being if I have a guest stay for a night, such as my adult kids, it is $5 per day for them to stay in OUR RV. The last of the sentences says it all perfectly...we have the right to change or INVENT rules at any time. There are no activities to do here unless you like to fish. Worst park I've ever seen and should definitely change their name cause it dang sure ain't a resort!! Beware stay away from here.
Park is clean and quiet. I love that all the kids here are respectful and helpful. Great pool and clubhouse and the neighbors are super nice. I love the fact they have activities. I am happy with management. I am a fairly new resident and I am so glad I came here.

I lived there for over 3 yrs. It used to be a beautiful, peaceful place until recently when jen took over management. Then you have Krystal, she's over all of his parks. They make up rules as they go. They lie constantly. They don't need a reason to kick you out, they will make something up. Once you get kicked out, you can't even come back to visit family. Jen does all Krystal s dirty work. The place is full of bed bugs, I mean they are everywhere! They won't tell you that . Cats are everywhere, all you can smell is cat spray & goose poop. I got kicked out because I asked them to put a window in the apartment, we had no way out in case of fire. the place is a joke. Update. . It still sucks & jennifer has lied so much that no one likes her for long she kissed as so much. She got more horrible with every lie she told. I'm sure that karma has started biting her ass. Oh well, she made her bed.
My husband and I moved in to one of their RVs in October and we are really enjoying it. Clean, professional, and very decent rental prices. Not to mention the lovely pond!
