First visit was top notch. Dr Cromwell seemed to genuinely care, he took plenty of time to really listen and get to the issue. Second visit, which was also a hospital discharge follow-up appointment was an entirely different experience!!! The Dr was only interested in the first topic I had originally came in for, even though I tried to tell him multiple times that I was now being treated through a very good specialist. I could not get him to listen to anything else I tried to tell him, was totally ignored when I asked for full lab workup. Also totally ignored when I requested cancer screening even though I had just told him about ongoing issues the hospital had recently diagnosed.
Too bad I cannot give a negative star rating because this bunch of medical professionals are incompetent. Taking a person off of a medication for hot flashes (prescribed by my former physician in another state) because it may cause a cancer. Then want to put them on an antidepressant for hot flashes when there is a greater risk of problems. NEWS FLASH ANTIDEPRESSANTS DO NOT HELP HOT FLASHES CAUSED BY SURGICAL MENOPAUSE. For your family and your own health, don't be seen by these doctors.
Will I refer friends or family?? Absolutely not, unless they just need a band-aid or anything else extremely simple along those lines!!!

My experience at this clinic was horrible. When I called to set an appointment with them as a new patient, I was not told that they do not treat pregnant women. I made an appointment because of fluid that is built up behind both of my ear drums. Everything is muffled and I couldn't stand it any longer hearing myself talk. Well, I filled out all of the new patient paper work including in the information that I was about 13 weeks pregnant. When I finally got to the back to talk about my history, I made it known to the nurse that I was pregnant. She made no comment that they didn't see pregnant women. The receptionist also knew. It took for me being there for about an hour and a half for the doctor to come in and see that I was on prentatals and an aspirin for her to tell me that they do not treat pregnant women. She left out the room and another nurse came in to inform me that their other clinic (about 30 minutes away) treated pregnant women. The nurse said that the other clinic was full today so I needed to either just go to Urgent Care or call my OBGYN. The point is that if they would learn to ask the right questions right away and if their staff would have made it known, they would not have wasted my time and theirs. I will not be going back to this clinic ever!
